The Lord would say to you this morning that you are in for a ride, that you have been riding in your vehicle and enjoying the scenery. But the Lord says, “ It is now a rollercoaster that you are getting on, and my angels are putting you on that rollercoaster, and there are going to be some ups and downs, but when you finally get to your destination you’re going to say, “ what was that and where am I”? And then you’re going to realize that you’re in a new place and that you have been transported to the place of the ecclesia, the governmental position of God. But it’s going be a ride for you; it’s going to be a change for you. There’s going to be ups and downs, and ins and outs. The Lord says,” If you will hang on to me you will not be thrown out of the rollercoaster.”

I began to see the word of the Lord in Genesis 1. The Lord took me there, and as Clay Nash was speaking about the spirit of the Lord brooding and moving over the state, the Lord began to show me, He said, “just like in the days of Elijah when the heavens were shut for three years,” the Lord says, “I’m causing the latter reign to fall upon the state of Missouri.” Now the Lord says, “I’m going to cause breathing.” And the Lord says, “I’m going to cause a rain for the ecclesia to saturate in.” The Lord says the revelation that going to be released is the latter reign and He says, “There is a three year plan, there’s a three year understanding of what he’s doing with the ecclesia in the state of Missouri. For a seven year plan, for a seven year forecast the Lord says, “It will be a seven year increase but the Lord says it will be the ecclesia that will be my instrument to bring about the increase in the advancement in my kingdom.” The Lord says, “The days are numbered.”
In other words the Lord began to tell me, He says, “I’m going to begin speaking a certain time, specific dates: how long this is, to how long that is. For the Lord says, “I’m releasing a wisdom, I’m releasing a strategy.” And the Lord says, “As I begin to move on the earth.” And the Lord began to show me the church. The Lord says, “The American church was void. It was empty. It didn’t have any form to it. And the Lord says, “I’m brooding over the church in this nation.” And the Lord says, “I’m going to speak the strategy, I’m going to speak the light of revelation. I’m going to speak things into form. “And the Lord says, “I’m going to begin to speak my strategy in this state.” And the Lord says, “You have representatives from all over the state of Missouri here today.” The Lord says today, “Let’s catch hold of the vision, that you might run with it says the Lord. It’s a time to write down the vision. It’s a time to be saturated with what I’m showing you. If not, you will continue to do what you have been doing. Some victories here, some victories there. The Lord says, “It’s not just a time for Victory. It’s a time of dominance. It’s a time of extreme authority.” The Lord says, “Dominate the opponent.” And the Lord says, “I’m releasing a new authority upon you.” The Lords says, “Even when you leave this day, you’re not going to leave the way you came in.” The Lord says, “It’s a day of empowerment, it’s a day of understanding, and it is a day of seeding the state of Missouri.” Says the Spirit of the Lord.

This is your time and this is my purpose and I will bring you into it, says God, for no longer will I allow the enemy to change the times and the seasons in this state. For you have cried out to me in synchronization with my heart, and I say to you today you’re coming into that. This is the day; this is the time to step in a walk with God and into that new place I’ve called you to. And just like last night when the drums played, as they played my heart beat, it’s a prophetic picture of getting in synchronization with the Lord. And the Lord says to you today, “you must be in synchronization with my spirit. You can no longer be behind; you can no longer be ahead,” says God, “for I will not bless you and what you’re doing if it’s out of my timing.” And the Lord says, “This is your season, this is your time. Rise up ecclesia of Missouri.”

The Lord spoke to me to look up the history of January 28th. And when I did the thing that jumped out to me was that on this date January 28, 1878, the first phone call was made. God said to the state of Missouri, “I’m bringing new forms of communication, to you.” And I looked up the number 1878, the Lord spoke to me in the concordance in Hebrew, and the word means to grow fat. It’s the word for the anointing. But in Greek it means to call to remembrance those things of the past. And the Lord says to this group of people, “this day, bring it to mind those words that I have spoken that have not yet come to pass. The Lord says, “As the ecclesia rises in this state, I will show you that my promises will be fulfilled.” The Lord says, “Even in His time know this, that the words I have spoken over your life will no longer be delayed but will come to pass,” said the Lord. The Lord said, “If you have a prophecy that hasn’t come forth over your life in the last season, go back and get them out and work them like they’re new.” I hear the Lord saying to some of you that there are words that have been spoken over you that you feel have been fulfilled. But the Lord said, “If you will go back and get them out and begin to read them and declare them. There are other measures of fulfillment that I will bring forth. Then I will cause a great thrust to go forth out of this state that will cause a shaking to come to this nation.” Says the Lord.
It’s a vision I’ve seen before. But I saw an old man sitting in a rocking chair with a nice little white steeple church sitting in his lap singing lullabies trying to put it to sleep. And the Lord spoke to me that he was “Old Man Religion and the tradition of man and the Lord said, “not only does he need to be removed from the chair, but there’s a mandate on the people hear today to destroy the chair that he has been sitting in. The word cathedral in Latin means bishop’s chair. That’s what it actually means. And the Lord said, “Because leadership is up on the state of Missouri. I desire to establish a chair of authority in this state will begin to lead the nation. The Lord said, “Out of this state there’s going to come a voice of reasoning because the voice will not only be filled with grace but it will be filled with authority in days to come. As this voice is released from the state of Missouri, it’s going to bring an alignment to other states around it.” The Lord said, “I’ve called the state of Missouri to move into a place of being a forerunner state. Where in the past it had been a state that followed other states.” The Lord said, “I put this forerunning anointing on the leaders of this state, and it’s now time to move out of being reactive to what the enemy is doing and become proactive in what the spirit is saying.” The Lord said, “The battles that will be won in the state of Missouri will not be won in the battlefield but must be won on the strategy first. Strategies in the war room will develop because the battles on the battle field will become more effective with fewer resources.” Says the Lord.

What the Lord showed me is that the witchcraft of religious control has caused the sleeping beauty thing. We have eaten the apple of religious control, and we have gone to sleep, and we are laying there in this encased place. I’m talking about sleeping beauty. And just as you said that the Lord is coming to awaken us, I saw him awaken us with a kiss. And it’s the kiss of his love, and the kiss of his breath and it’s like he is resuscitating us. And his breath is coming into our lives and we are awakening to who we really are. Because he is our prince and our prince has really come. He is our king and we are the bride of Christ. And he is raising us up. And so today we need to over throw this rocking chair of the religious spirit, and we need to also awaken from eating the apple of religious domination and control.

I see a chair and a foot stool or an ottoman brought into the sanctuary to where people can come and write their enemies on it. And what I see, I really feel this is you need to have that foot stool in here during your morning service. But what I see is people coming all during worship and during the service and writing homosexuality or whatever there enemy is, you know, divorce, whatever they are battling on it. The kings of old would take their foot stools and carve their enemy kings name on it as a sign of it under their feet when they sat in their seat of authority, they would prop their feet up on it. And I see the happening. And the other thing that I saw when Regina sat in this seat of authority her place is Missouri. I heard the Lord say I’m going to bring the ceiling of Holy Spirit over the leadership of this state and so I’ve gotten leadership permission, and we are just going to pour some water around this chair as a sign off the Holy Spirit just engulfing the leadership of this state. Let me share with you where this leadership group is going. There are some assignments to knock you off course and so believe the ceiling of the Holy Spirit is going to be a protective thing for you.

The Lord said that the decree that every prophetic word spoken over the state of Missouri from the apostles and prophets that have come forth throughout the years, God is saying that truly now He is going to manifest those things because that religious spirit has been turned over from this day forth. And God says, “even as it was prophesized at the state capital in Jefferson city that we would run like wild horses. God said, “Truly we are going to be able to run now like wild horses because that religious spirit has been turned over from our state.” And God says that we are going to have creativity come from us. Patience and zeal are coming forth like never before because a religious spirit has been turned over. God says that great inventions are going to come forth from the state of Missouri. For God says truly now he has done a new thing this day. And God says the cap now has come off and it has been released in a new way, His spirit over the state of Missouri.

The Lord says this day is forever written down in the state of Missouri historically says the Lord. The Lord says this is more than healing and deliverance. This is testifying to every word that I have spoken about the state today. And the Lord says there will be testimonies of miracles and deliverances of the rain that poured down this day, says the Lord. For the Lord says there will be a testimony unto me. It will be a testimony unto the state. And you will write down your testimony. I just see them emailing and letting Regina know just the testimonies of what took place today. For the Lord says it will earmark the thing in Missouri in this hour, says the Lord.

Norma Ramey travels regularly to Israel. She took a decree from Missouri that stated our commitment and covenant with Israel. She also took a bottle of Missouri wine to pour on the land as a symbol of that covenant.
St. Louis - The Ship Nobody Wanted
On June 3, 1939, the German ship St. Louis brought refugees from Europe to America. This ship was carrying 900 Jews who were seeking refuge here from persecution and death. That ship was turned away and had to return to Germany where 1/3 of them perished in concentration camps.
This refusal to help convinced Hitler... he would not be opposed.
Although many Jewish refugee ships were denied entry by western nations and forgotten, the St. Louis saga was well publicized and exploited by the Nazis for propaganda. The St. Louis snub helped convince Hitler he could launch his Final Solution without opposition from the West.
Repentance
In 2004, there was a repentance and a letter of apology read to survivors and/or descendants of those who were on this ship. We (Missouri) sent a representative and a letter of apology as well. But now from St. Louis, we must recognize our dullness of heart and our call to care for all who are in need. Missouri has a call to comfort and give refuge to those in need.

This is a prophetic picture of our call to carry the Jewish nation to safety. This can be done in intercession, with acts of kindness, and with understanding of their role as God’s chosen people. We acknowledge our sin of apathy, hardness of heart, and lack of love toward others. Specifically we ask for forgiveness for turning away those who were seeking refuge on our shores. Our namesake, the St. Louis carried Jewish passengers to America and we turned them away. This act was used to give impetus to Hitler. Forgive us Lord. We acknowledge our guilt and ask for your cleansing blood to cleanse away this iniquity from our nation and from the soil of Missouri.
