We must stand with Israel during this volatile time. Please agree with these decrees that have been made by Missouri both by our civil government and spiritual government.
Missouri stands with Israel.
Civil Government: Missouri’s civil government through HCR 27 decreed in January, 2003 our mutual friendship with Israel.
Spiritual Government: I am also copying here a decree sent to Israel in May of 2004 from Missouri Prayer to Israel of our stand with them. Norma Ramey was our representative. She poured out a bottle of Missouri wine on the land in Israel, as a prophetic proclamation of our covenant with that land and it’s people. Here is her report:
This trip was "In the Spirit of Ruth and Naomi." May 2004 there were 12 of us. 11 women and 1 man plus our guide Moshe. “The year was spring of 2004 at Shevuot at the bottom floor of the Mt.Zion Hotel just outside in a little garden area. This is where we poured out the wine and read the declaration.
The Succot Hillel House of Prayer was established after that time in the Mt Zion Hotel complex owned by the same people. It was just a little ways down from the hotel. The prayer place is accessed through an iron gate and then you go down the steps. It used to be a nightclub so the owners were much happier to have a group that was quiet. So far it has been kept "under wraps" so the Orthodox haven't bothered.
Rick Riddings and his wife had been praying in that area for a place unbeknownst to us. The next time in Israel we found out about the house of prayer in that place. Obviously, we were quite excited about this!”

Isn’t it just like the Lord to raise up a House of Prayer in the very spot the Missouri wine was poured out. Here is our declaration:
Decree Declaring the support of the
State of Missouri for Israel
May, 2004
As a representative of the state of Missouri with apostolic authority within the boundaries of this state, I hereby declare and decree in the realm of the spirit Missouri’s support for the people and nation of Israel.
“Those who trust in the Lord are like Mount Zion, which cannot be shaken bu7t endures forever. As the mountains surround Jerusalem, so the Lord surrounds his people both now and forevermore. The scepter of the wicked will not remain over the land allotted to the righteous, for then the righteous might use their hands to do evil. Do good, O Lord to those who are good, to those who are upright in heart. But those who turn to crooked ways, the Lord will banish with the evildoers. Peace be upon Israel. ‘ Psalms 125
As a token of our support for Israel, we send this bottle of Missouri wine, taken straight from the vat of the winekeeper. May this “new wine” release in the Spirit an outpouring of the “new wine” of revelation of the Lordship of Jesus Christ, and as it it poured out in Jerusalem, may it be a prophetic picture of the blood of the Lamb that has been poured out for this nation and it’s people.
May the blood of the Lamb be over the doorposts of the nation of Israel, and may the protection of our God be upon this land. May a revelation of the new covenant be released.
“The time is coming, declares the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah. It will not be like the covenant I made with their forefathers when I took them by the hand to lead them out of Egypt because they broke my covenant though I was a husband to them, declares the Lord. This is the covenant I will make with the house of Israel after that time, declares the Lord, I will put my law in their minds and write it on their hearts. I will be their God, and they will be my people.” Jeremiah 31:31-33
Israel, we in the state of Missouri, United States of America, stand with you and declare, “And everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved, for on Mount Zion and In Jerusalem there will be deliverance, as the Lord has said, among the survivors whom the Lord calls.” Joel 2:32
We receive the Abrahamic blessing into our sphere of authority:
Genesis 12:2-3
2 “I will make you into a great nation,
and I will bless you;
I will make your name great,
and you will be a blessing.
3 I will bless those who bless you,
and whoever curses you I will curse;
and all peoples on earth
will be blessed through you.”
May the blessing of the Lord’s provision, protection, grace, and salvation be upon the nation of Israel.
